UPND Calls Out Lubinda
Katambo says Lubinda should not turn Funerals into a platforms for politics or campaign. Lusaka, Zambia – January 7, 2025 The United Party for National Development (UPND) has strongly criticized Patriotic Front (PF) Vice President Given Lubinda for allegedly turning the funeral of Zambian musician Wesley Chibambo, popularly known as Dandy Krazy, into a platform for political posturing describing this actions as disrespectful and inappropriate for such a solemn occasion. Cheelo Katambo, UPND Deputy Media Director, told journalists in a statement issued to media on Tuesday that Lubinda should apologize to Dandy Krazy’s family and the Zambian people after accusing him of exploiting the funeral for political gain.
